At Dixxon Flannel Co., we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for a printerless drop-off at a designated carrier location.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized shipping point.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
